This Class is suitable for those with no experience of the Pilates Method. This class will focus on the fundemental principles and techniques of the Pilates Method. Using gentle mat based exercises you will focus on proper alignment, breathing, flexibility, balance and coordination, core strength and stability. This Class is also great for those of you who have done Pilates before but are looking to refine your practice.
